3 Solubility It is practically insoluble in water and in ethanol (96%). It dissolves in mineral acids with decomposition.
4 Acidity Not more than 0.5 mL of 0.1 M sodium hydroxide is required to change the colour of the indicator to pink.
5 Chlorides Not more than 200 ppm.
6 Copper Not more than 50 ppm.
7 Lead Not more than 20 ppm.
8 Silver Not more than 25 ppm.
9 Substances not precipitated by ammonia Not more than 1.0%.
10 Loss on drying Not more than 3.0%.

PACKAGING

MOLBIS® SN is packed in HDPE bag or HDPE drum with double PE liners inside having bar-coded label and tamper-evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. Preserve in well-closed container.
